Surrogacy · New York
Surrogacy means someone else carries your child. It does not mean you experience their arrival second-hand. We support the woman carrying your baby through her labor, and we document the day your child arrives.
We're a New York doula collective and birth photography team, listed in the NYC Health Department's 2026 State of Doula Care in New York City report — 14 doulas, about 160 families supported last year, working in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish.
For intended parents
That's the whole reason we do this work the way we do.
Stills, film, or both — labor, the delivery, and the first two hours afterwards. For parents who weren't pregnant, these aren't souvenirs. They're how you were there, and how you show your child the first minute of their life. Birth photography and film.
Because we're the carrier's doula team as well, there's no additional stranger to negotiate past a hospital, and no separate conversation about who's allowed to hold a camera. One team, already trusted, already there.
Carriers don't always deliver near the people waiting for them. If your carrier is in labor while you're on a flight or in another state, we're the ones in the room — and you see it the moment you land.
A Fresh48 session in your baby's first 24–48 hours, a newborn session at home around days 5–14, and a postpartum doula from the day you come home — which matters especially here, because nobody in your household is recovering from a birth, and everybody is awake.
For gestational carriers
She's a woman in labor, and she deserves her own support.
Continuous support through labor — comfort, position changes, breathing, advocacy with staff, and someone whose only job is her. Our doula support.
We work as a group. Every carrier has a named primary doula and a named backup she has actually met before the day. A birth is never left uncovered because someone else went into labor first.
Prenatal meetings to go through what she wants and doesn't want, which hospital she's delivering at, and what her previous births were like.
English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish — across immigrant households and families with no relatives in this country to lean on.

For agencies and professionals
If you're a surrogacy agency, clinic, attorney or case manager: we cover New York and the tristate area for both sides of a surrogacy birth, and we're glad to be listed as a vendor resource.
We also photograph the people who do this work — team portraits, brand imagery of real families instead of stock, conference and event coverage, and carrier appreciation sessions that agencies gift to their surrogates.
