Brownstone apartments in Hoboken's older blocks have the same warm, directional light and architectural character that makes Brooklyn brownstones so photogenic.

High-rises along the waterfront have Manhattan skyline views that — while beautiful — matter less than the quality of the interior light. West-facing apartments get extraordinary golden hour light in the afternoon, which we plan around.

Lifestyle documentation (60–90 min): Equipment aside, we follow your morning. The real texture of early parenthood in your specific home.

Details (20 min): Hospital bracelet, tiny feet, the nursery, the objects that tell the story of these first days.
