The waterfront neighborhoods — Paulus Hook, Exchange Place, and the buildings along the Hudson — have apartments with Manhattan views that serve as an extraordinary in-home newborn backdrop. Floor-to-ceiling windows, modern finishes, and the Statue of Liberty and Freedom Tower filling the frame: the images from these sessions have a scale and drama that's genuinely hard to replicate.

Hamilton Park and the Brownstone Neighborhoods

The Hamilton Park neighborhood and the surrounding streets of restored Victorian row houses have a character more similar to Brooklyn Heights or Park Slope than to the modern downtown. High ceilings, original woodwork, bay windows, afternoon light through south-facing parlor rooms — the apartments in these buildings create warm, classic in-home newborn sessions.
